Each gathering starts with a pre meeting brief writing assignment that encourages participants to reflect on their giving history — financially as well as through time and talents — and consider how these acts of generosity have impacted the social issues they care about. (Answer one or all three.)

How the gatherings work
Through deeper conversations, SWELL gatherings help focus these efforts, empowering participants to turn their generosity into lasting change for the social issues that matter most to them.
We will discuss various forms of giving, from everyday gestures to significant donations, and identify how we can enhance our individual impact.

We will examine how motivations for giving evolve at different life stages and how we can adapt our giving strategies accordingly.

Through these conversations, we will uncover what giving means to each of us personally and how we can align it more closely with our values.

And finally, as we head home, we'll carry with us a renewed sense of purpose, ready to explore actionable strategies that will make our individual giving more intentional and truly transformative.
